Trouble Shooting
Challenges of Lactation
Working in this field has been amazing, yet the reality is if people didn't have problems no one would need me. Just brainstorming some of the issues that are common: sore nipples, low or high milk supply, breast pain, return to work, pumping concerns, latch issues, oral restrictions in baby's mouth, plugging or mastitis issues.
I would like to share some websites where you can educate yourself on some of these issues.

Lacted is a great organization with many resources for providers and families. The handouts cover many topics so check them out.
I understand the difficulty of tring to find information on the internet when you are not feeling well or stressful situations are upon you. Hopefully this list will get you on the right track. And if you want to discuss your concerns virtually or in person I am a email away!
Genuinely,
